Sheila Jackson, CEO

Sheila Jackson has spent more than 20 years in business development, management, ownership, and consulting. She has specialized in transportation logistics and management services since 2005, with a special emphasis in the energy sector of North America.

Sheila brings over two decades of entrepreneurial skills to all she serves. With a relentless and innovative passion for people and relationship-driven leadership, Sheila leads the PLG team whose core values include transparency, accountability, adaptability, and intelligence. With a corporate motto of “Driven on Principle,” Sheila operates under the highest standards of character and conduct with the fundamental goal of enhancing the lives of her employees and those with whom she partners.

Sheila lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, Joe. Between them, they are raising four children and five dogs. Her interests include cycling, traveling, reading, volunteering, and supporting non-profit organizations like Alliance For Children and Women Steering Business.

Dean Xeros, President

Dean brings more than 30 years of proven logistics, sales, and business development experience to Principle Logistics Group.

Prior to joining PLG, Dean founded the Constantine Group, a consulting firm that helps startups with revenue generation, marketing, and corporate transformation with an emphasis on ongoing analysis, measurable execution, and customized solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Dean has acquired extensive experience particularly in the logistics space working in a variety of strategic and management roles at Boise Cascade, Dependable Auto Shippers, uShip, and AMR Distribution Systems.

One of Dean’s passions is volunteering at Austin Street Center, a shelter for the homeless in the Dallas – Fort Worth area, where he has served for almost 20 years. A proud Aggie, Dean earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Bo Sutton, Director of Operations

Bo Sutton provides logistics solutions, personnel, and managed transportation services to small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 Companies.

Prior to serving the organization and the team at PLG, he completed training as a firefighter and paramedic. Bo spent the following three years living in Aspen where he worked for companies like Aspen Ski Company, certifying in specialized training such as avalanche emergency services on the mountains of Snowmass.

A lover of all things outdoors and extreme sports enthusiast, in his off time you will find Bo surfing in Costa Rica, snowboarding in Colorado or hunting in Texas with his chocolate lab, Moose.

Lizzy Ward, Logistics Manager

Lizzy Ward serves our clients and her team with enthusiasm, a high attention to detail and a passion for excellence.

Before joining PLG, Lizzy’s held a leadership role as Lead Field Instructor with Pacific Quest, helping guide troubled youth to develop better communication skills and real-life coping strategies. She acquired valuable experience about human behavior and organization leadership during her tenure.

A graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Lizzy loves the outdoors and has big plans to one day start her own outdoor wilderness camp for kids.

When Lizzy isn’t serving PLG clients, she is serving her community. Recently elected Vice Chairperson, Parks & Recreation Board for the City of Benbrook and is also completing her provisional year with the Junior League of Fort Worth.
